Our Fix-It-Free Promise

If the court returns your application because of a fixable error in our documents, we fix them and give you the new package free — for 12 months after your purchase.

Court staff check every application. When they find a problem, they send it back — and in busy courts, that can cost months. Our whole product exists to stop that. So we stand behind it.

What we do when things go wrong

If this happens Here is what we do
We made an error in your papers We fix it and rebuild your whole package, free. You download it again.
You need fresh copies Download again any time, free, for 12 months.
One of your answers changes Update the answer and download again — the package rebuilds with the new answer, free. If it happens many times, there may be a small fee. We always tell you first.
The interview finds your estate doesn't fit It tells you before you pay — and you pay nothing.

Two real examples

  • The court's note says a box on Form 74.1A was checked wrong. That is our error. We fix it and rebuild your package free.
  • You typed a wrong address and confirmed it. That was your answer, not our error — but you can still correct it and download a rebuilt package free. (If corrections happen many times, there may be a small fee — we always tell you first.)

One special case: if a changed answer moves the estate above $150,000, the bigger package applies. Email us and we sort out the difference.

What the promise covers

  • Any error in the documents we generated from the answers you confirmed
  • Fixes and a full regenerated package, at no charge
  • For 12 months after your purchase
  • Your documents stay available to re-download for those 12 months

What it can't cover

We can't promise the court will grant the certificate. That decision is always the court's.

Sometimes an answer you confirmed was wrong — a wrong date, a missed person. We will still rebuild your package with the right answer. If that happens many times, there may be a small fee. We will always tell you before we charge anything.

How to use it
